The Emirates Readiness Score
Getting hired is the easy part.
Two short parts, about fifteen minutes: a timed English test in the Emirates format, then a self-scored Recruiter’s Scorecard against the same seven criteria Sharlene saw assessors use. At the end you get a score out of 100 and a plain read on where you stand.
- 120-question English test — aviation-context grammar and vocabulary, a short timed slice of the Open Day format.
- 2The Recruiter’s Scorecard — score yourself honestly on smile, confidence, eye contact, grooming, communication, customer-service mindset and energy.
This score reflects how you present today. It says nothing about whether you will be hired — that depends on Emirates’ hiring cycles, not on this test.
